Should you not be delighted with your purchase please return it to us, using special delivery postage within 7 working days, making sure it is unworn and in it's gift box or original packaging. On receipt we will exchange it for you or issue a refund. We are very sorry but for health and hygiene reasons we cannot offer a refund or exchange for pierced earrings.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note: Anything shiny or with a crystal/glass nature is difficult to achieve exact shade uniformity while photographing - we have made every effort to give as realistic an impression here as possible, however, different screens and different resolutions offer different shades and we advise you to use the shades depicted as a guide only. If in doubt, and you are able to visit one our shops, the staff will be delighted to help you.

Delivery
On receipt of your order you will be emailed to let you know as to availability of
the item, should we be sold out you will get an immediate refund.
Your order will be despatched within 2 working days by Special Delivery or
International registered.
Your package will require a signature on receipt.
